Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for eBooks or other downloadable digital content after the purchase is complete. Once your payment is processed and you gain access to the product, all sales are final.
2. Paperback Books
We do not offer refunds for paperback books unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you to return to the publisher getting a replacement or refund.

3. Services (Web Design, IT Consultancy, Accounting, etc.)
For services like web design, IT consultancy, and accounting (tax returns, business registrations, etc.), refunds are not provided by default.
